There’s really nothing better than that moment when you’re approaching the park on the Monorail. I still get just as excited as I did when I was a kid.
I love when it rains here even though you can’t go in the water. Usually half the people leave, but we always wait it out. It’s fun to watch the palms shake and get drenched if it is a heavy storm. I also think that the rain really adds to the atmosphere, especially since the entire water park is themed after a crazy hurricane.
Thank you Disneyland Fun for giving me nightmares. After watching this video, I refused to ride the Haunted Mansion for a good amount of years. But now I always quote this whenever I go on.
I love going in and out of the little shops all around the lagoon. My favorite is Mitsukoshi in the Japan Pavilion because everything there is so appealing. I can never leave without something.
Science class was tolerable whenever my teacher would put on Bill Nye the Science Guy.
